This halloween queer prom is going to be so special and I need your help. I’m hiring all these beautiful queer artist friends of mine from Art Club to perform and capture the magic of the event and help decorate it too. I need extra funding to give them the juicy rates they deserve. 💖💸💦🍑🍓👩🏻‍🎤

Too often, queer artists are expected to work for free in the name of visibility and showing pride. 🌈👩🏻‍🎤🥹💸💦🍓 But the dreamy queer future I’m co-creating with my community & the universe is one where QUEER AND TRANS ARTISTS and BIPOC+ and OTHER MARGINALIZED FOLKS GET PAID LUSCIOUSLY FOR THEIR ART AND LABOR! 🌈💖💸👩🏻‍🎤 I need your help & support to do this right…

Donations will go to paying artists, buying decor & cups & plates, sponsoring prom tickets for queer folks in need, buying polaroid film for the Photo Booth, so much candy and treats too. If we have sponsorship money left over, it will be funneled into our collaborative queer self defense project and mutual aid funds for our community.
